Landlord to Landlord Sales (L2LS) is a unique estate agency with a growing national UK presence specialising in selling properties between landlords with tenants in situ. Targeted at letting agents and centrally managed at their HQ in Dorset, L2LS is a fast moving and fast growing company.
Requirements
L2LS required a strong visual branding that would be applied to everything from sales materials and shop signage to for sales signs and marketing materials. It also needed an online hub to be developed, allowing properties to be viewed and vendors, partners and associates to be able to log-in to view the latest sales progress on their connected properties.
Solution
Cre8ive Wisdom was engaged to develop the strong visual branding and to help the business to develop the communications and proposition mechanisms that they would require into order to sell the idea to potential partners and to landlords nationwide, many of which are in a constant pattern of adding to their portfolio and selling property to release equity. Cre8ive Wisdom developed a full range of materials within a 3 month delivery window and undertook the development of the website, based on a content management system and a secure and innovative 'sales progress' system, enabling password protected access to individual property job-bags.
Outcome
The business launched a immediately hit the ground running, with consistent branding and communications across the board. The website soon attracted large amounts of specialist landlord traffic and within just a few short weeks, many properties were being purchased and sold using the system. The innovative sales progress system enabled sales chain communications to be streamlined and the spread of national properties to be handled. The website was nominated for a dotcom award and won the prize in its category.
