Bond Williams

Bond Williams is a specialist recruitment business based across the South Coast but servicing markets nationally in 3 key industry sectors; IT/Telecoms, Accountancy & Finance and Office & Commercial.

Requirements
In a slow recruitment market, where a glut of great candidates is a given but a shortage of specialist and professional jobs within the key marketplaces is a challenge, Bond Williams wanted to engage more with their current corporate clients while taking a leadership role within recruitment and HR within these core areas and growing their corporate contact base.

Solution
Cre8ive Wisdom was engaged to find a low-cost solution to this, so a monthly on-going social media campaign was developed, utilising Twitter to automatically communicate new jobs to cultivated lists and to target HR Managers and specialists with in the target industries to spread brand awareness and leadership.

A linked-in group was preferred as the independent forum, alongside a new blog engine, which was integrated into their current flash-based website and as a standalone on a suitable domain. Local and trade PR was also part of the solution with online adding traffic value to the campaign.

Cre8ive Wisdom then developed a new CMS-driven website, updated the branding and replaced all of the key collateral pieces to ensure the correct and consistant communication of the proposition and brand.

Outcome
Cre8ive Wisdom is still actively coordinating the Bond Williams social media and digital PR campaign with great results. Between 4 Twitter accounts (all with targeted, specialist audiences), some 800+ engaged followers are regularly updated, which has had direct results in areas such as increased contact base, more clients and more candidates in jobs.

Niche HR Managers have also been engaged and invited to join the Bond Williams linked-in group, which has grown into a very active group, with over 90 members, all exposed to the Bond Williams brand on a daily basis.

Rather than surviving in this difficult market, Bond Williams is thriving; sighting the additional focus and engagement with clients as its main differentiator, when compared to the previous flat year of consolidation and no activity. We have been working with Bond Williams for the last two years and continue to assist them in taking their business forward.
