Bath Business Travel
A long established high street travel agency, Bath Travel also runs a successful business travel agency, arranging everything from charter flights and conference accommodation through to executive chauffeur services and specialist travel insurance.
Requirements
To coincide with the Bournemouth Air show, Bath Business Travel wanted to organise a VIP travel industry briefing day that would create the opportunity to address key industry figures, partner companies and top clients in an engaging way, followed by the opportunity to view the red arrows from the sea as they performed at the Air show. They also needed a mechanism to engage with their business travellers on a regular basis.
Solution
Cre8ive Wisdom was engaged to help organise the VIP event and was involved in all aspects of the campaign. We designed invitations, pop-up and display graphics for the briefing and Sunseeker boats and coordinated the entire event organisation programme. We also designed guest packs, all of the audio visual presentation for the briefing and liaised with the venue and boat suppliers to ensure the day ran smoothly. As part of a continual customer contact programme, we developed a 16 page quarterly newsletter, which was designed and managed by us on behalf of the client.
Outcome
The event was a successful endeavour for the client, raising their profile with their key marketplace while engaging with their key suppliers and customers. Several new piece of business resulted from the event and many other relationships were developed. The customer contact newsletter was warmly received and resulted in the successful launch of a new line of business travel insurance products.
