Cre8ive Wisdom welcomes Steph Brown to the team

Steph BrownCre8ive Wisdom today welcomes the newest edition to
its growing team. Stephanie Brown joins the company
as Account Executive.

Steph, who’s twenty five, and originally from Dorking in Surrey, graduated back in 2008 from Southampton Solent University with a 2:1 in Psychology.  Through her course, Steph found her passion for marketing and advertising and proceeded to write her dissertation on the effects of celebrity endorsers and attitudes towards the product, of which she was awarded a first.

During her studies and after graduating, Steph obtained several work experience placements, including working at Nexus PR and The Telegraph, all of which enabled her to gain valuable PR and marketing experience. In addition to this, Steph volunteered for the charity Southampton Society for the Blind from 2007-2008 where she helped with administration and fundraising.

After a successful internship in January 2009 at Holden Pearmain, a market research agency based in Weybridge, Steph was offered a 12 month maternity cover contract. Steph was able to use the skills learnt from her course to adapt quickly to her role, including questionnaire design and analysing data.  However, Steph’s real passion is creative writing and PR, hence the move to a newly-created role at Cre8ive Wisdom.

In her spare time, Steph enjoys socialising with friends, going to the cinema / theatre and watching stand-up comedy. She is a big fan of comedian and author, Danny Wallace and also Dave Gorman. Steph’s other passion lies in quizzing. She has appeared on several television quiz shows, her latest being Who Wants to be a Millionaire, which is due to be aired this summer.

Steph has now joined the Cre8ive Wisdom team this and is very excited about her new role.

Cre8ive Wisdom to support Conquip at Bauma 2010 in Munich

Cre8ive Wisdom is looking forward to an extremely busy April, which see's the culmination of the first European support project on behalf of its client Conquip Industrial.

The first campaign, which features a series of coordinated electronic and printed communications, adverts and industry-focused public relations, is well underway; leading to the Company exhibiting at Bauma 2010, one of the largest Construction Industry exhibitions in the World, taking place 19-25 April 2010 in Munich, Germany.

As well as coordinating Conquip’s attendance at the exhibition, Cre8ive Wisdom has also designed the exhibition stand and expanded the branding into character development, with the ‘Conquip-Man’ character (pictured here) appearing as part of the European brand messaging and at Bauma in the form of a USB Stick, featured on a promotional coaster and as a 2 meter-tall inflatable character.

Cre8ive Wisdom Company WiseGuy Neil Armstrong explained “The campaign began last year with European ‘on-the-ground’ market research, from which we then developed the approach and concept. Although the Conquip brand is already a major player within the UK market, its forward movement into mainland Europe required a well-planned and coordinated campaign.”

Neil went on to say “The development of the Conquip character has been a lot of fun, but it owes its creation to strategic planning, developed with the client and is only a small part of an entire concept, which will be rolled out globally on behalf of the client, over the next three years.

Cre8ive Wisdom continues to support Conquip into the future, with several other industry-focused campaigns planned over the coming years.
